I viewed a sign at the Kaplan center for this new company that provides IMG's with US clinical experience (USCE). I don't know if they are owned by Kaplan but they seem to be a reputable company. They provide Core and Elective clerkships in most states. You have to have passed Step 1 & 2 to qualify as a client. On the negative side it is a bit pricey....(5K for a 12 week Core clerkship)

About AmeriClerkships:
On a daily basis, AmeriClerkships improves patient safety by facilitating the objective evaluation of residency candidates to help residency programs make informed decisions about who they choose as their next intern. We accomplish this by matching our pre-qualified IMG clients, also referred to as clinical trainees, with willing and qualified attending physicians, hospitals, residency programs, and hospitalist groups to facilitate and supervise pre-residency clinical experience in various primary care specialties. The majorities of AmeriClerkships’ clinical trainees have passed the United States Medical Licensure Examination Step 1, Step 2 Clinical Knowledge (CK), Step 2 Clinical Skills (CS), and are preparing to apply to primary care residency programs. In order to be considered for a residency interview, each IMG must document their successful completion of U.S. insured clinical experience that many programs now require of IMG’s. At AmeriClerkships, each IMG is put through a rigorous multi-step screening process that insures only qualified individuals are accepted as clinical trainees. We cover each trainee under our $1,000,000/$3,000,000 medical professional liability insurance policy specifically underwritten for IMG’s who are participating in clinicals through AmeriClerkships. Upon the completion of each clinical block, trainees are evaluated by their supervising physician(s) across the exact same 11 medical competencies used by residency programs to evaluate their residents.
